Anemocyte and Inside Therapeutics have combined their complementary technologies in a new joint Application Note focused on the integration of high-purity mRNA synthesis and scalable lipid nanoparticle formulation.
The workflow brings together:
🔹 AMCAP™, Anemocyte’s one-pot enzymatic capping technology for the production of high-quality 5′ CAP-1 mRNA
🔹 TAMARA, Inside Therapeutics’ microfluidic platform for controlled and scalable LNP formulation
Two AMCAP™ mRNA constructs, encoding EGFP and β-galactosidase, were formulated into SM-102-based LNPs and evaluated across different process conditions.
The results showed:
- controlled particle size and low polydispersity
- reproducible formulation performance
- high in vitro transfection efficiency
- robust protein expression for both mRNA constructs
By connecting mRNA synthesis and LNP formulation in one streamlined development path, AMCAP™ and TAMARA offer a practical approach to support RNA-LNP optimization from early development onward.
